GogoJungle Inc. believes that protecting personal information of customers appropriately is an important social responsibility.
1. When collecting personal information
(1) Clearly show the purpose to the customer.
(2) Only get information with the customer's consent.
(3) Specify the provider.
(4) Share to customer collected contents.
2. When using personal information
(1) Use only for the purpose informed to the customer and do not use it for any other purpose.
(2) We do not provide personal information to third parties who have not obtained consent from the customer.
(3) We do not analyze information in a form that can identify individuals.
(4) Personal information management education will be conducted internally.
(5) Implement necessary supervision of suppliers and contractors.
3. Your personal information
(1) We will take reasonable safety protection measures based on social conventions.
(2) Changes and updates can be easily made at the customer's will.
(3) If it becomes unnecessary for our company, it will be deleted.
(4) Even if customer withdrawed, due to the nature of the personal data held, deletion may not be supported. In this case, we will respond by suspending use and provision to service providers.
4. To fulfill personal information management responsibility
(1) Establish a management system for protecting personal information.
(2) Establish an audit system for personal information protection.
(3) Personal information management education will be conducted in-house.
