Let's enhance your event with live streaming! We offer high-quality broadcasts at reasonable prices.

Our specialized staff will provide consistent support to ensure smooth streaming.

We will conduct on-site checks and communication status assessments during pre-event meetings, allowing you to confidently approach the event day.

Whether you want to provide stable footage with fixed cameras or deliver immersive visuals with multi-camera setups,

we can accommodate both requests.

Presentations by speakers will also be supported with PowerPoint.

We will input audio from the venue's sound system via line, ensuring clear audio for the broadcast.

After the broadcast, we will deliver the video data, which can also be used later as an archive.

【Service Overview】

Active for 8 hours (3 hours of preparation + 3 hours of streaming + 2 hours of dismantling)
Pre-event meeting (including on-site checks and communication status verification)
1 staff member (only streaming staff)
2 cameras (generally fixed, covering the entire venue + close to the podium)
PowerPoint display from a PC (operated by the speaker or organizer)
Static image display before and after the broadcast (cover image)
Audio input from the venue's sound system (PA) via line
Delivery of streaming video data
Ideal for small lectures, seminars, briefings, and other events.

Please provide the logo, name captions, and text for static images (cover images) in advance.

⅛Transportation costs are included within the 23 wards of Tokyo. Additional transportation costs will be required for recordings outside the wards.

【Things to Prepare and Confirm Before the Day】

Please prepare a high-speed internet connection capable of live streaming, with a wired LAN environment.
（A speed of about 10Mbps upload is required）
If a network environment cannot be provided, an optional Wi-Fi router will be necessary.
If you have a floor plan of the venue, please send it to us.
This will allow us to anticipate the setup locations for cameras and streaming equipment, making preparations smoother.
Please provide a table for the streaming equipment, chairs for the streaming staff, space for the table,and an AC power source (100V).
Please send us the event schedule and script.
We will create the streaming schedule and script based on that.
If you do not have a schedule or script, we will send a template from our side.
If you cannot prepare it, we will create the live streaming script by asking the organizer about the flow.
