GENERAL

By commissioning me, you are purchasing my services as an artist to create a custom piece of artwork based on the details we agree upon.

All commissions are for personal use only, unless negotiated.

Harassment, disrespectful behavior, or failure to comply with these Terms will result in the immediate termination of the commission, with no refund, and possible blacklisting from future commissions.

For Original Character (OC) fan art, the client must confirm that they either:

Own the character fully, or Have explicit permission from the original creator to use the character for fan art purposes

FANART NOTE:

You acknowledge that fan art involves the use of copyrighted material owned by third parties. By commissioning fan art from me, you agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring that the use of the artwork does not infringe upon any copyrights or violate any laws.

I will not be held liable for any copyright infringement arising from the use of the fan art, whether for personal or commercial purposes.

All fan art created is intended for personal use only, and you are prohibited from selling, distributing, or using the artwork in any way that infringes on the rights of the original copyright holders, unless explicit permission is obtained from the copyright owner. 

PAYMENTS

Full payment is required before I start working on your commission.

REVISIONS

You are entitled to 2 minor revisions during the sketch phase. Alterations during the coloring phase can be negotiated.

Please discuss and decide thoroughly during the sketching phase to ensure you're happy with the direction of the piece and to avoid any major revisions later on.

I have the rights to accept/ decline minor and major revisions.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

The estimated turnaround time for a commission is 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the complexity, queue position, and my current workload.

If you have a specific deadline, please inform me as much as possible

I have the right to decline the commission if the delivery time seems impossible on my part.

USE

The mentioned prices are for personal use only. If you intend to use the artwork for commercial purposes (e.g., merchandise, branding, promotional content), please discuss this with me beforehand.

You may:

Use the commissioned work for personal use (e.g., avatars, wallpapers, personal prints)Share it online with proper credit (tagging or linking to my profile)

You may not:

Reproduce, sell, or use the artwork for commercial gain unless negotiated

Claim the artwork as your ownAlter the artwork significantly without my permission

NOTE: 

I will not be held liable for any copyright infringement resulting from the use of commissioned artwork. As stated in the Usage Rights section of these Terms and Conditions, all commissioned artwork is for personal use only, unless otherwise negotiated for commercial use.

It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the artwork does not infringe upon any copyright laws when used for purposes beyond personal use, such as for commercial or promotional activities, unless proper permissions have been obtained.

By commissioning me, you confirm that the artwork you request will not be used in violation of any laws or third-party rights.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

I retain all rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to use it in my portfolio, social media, and promotional materials.

Your feedback during the sketch phase is crucial to avoid unnecessary revisions later on.
