【Process up to delivery】

1. Confirm request details and submit a quotation

・First, we will ask in chat what kind of standing portrait you would like and provide a price estimate. Price negotiation can also be discussed.

・We will ask for the intended use at this point. If you wish to use the finished work for purposes outside of the specified usage after delivery, please be sure to consult us.

・If you have any reference materials, please submit them at this time.

2. Rough sketch creation

・You will review several rough sketches at once.

・Revisions are limited to three times. Please choose from what you have viewed.

3. Color rough creation

・You will confirm hue, saturation, and brightness.

・Revisions are limited to three times. Please choose from what you have viewed.

4. Line drawing completion and finished data verification

・You will review in a watermarked state.

・If there are defects (such as missing accessories originally specified), corrections will be made free of charge.

・Once completed and delivered, revisions are generally not accepted.

5. Delivery of the finished work (delivery)

・We will deliver via Gigafile. Data retention period is 7 days.

・Please note that re-delivery due to forgetting to download will be charged.

【Notes for purchase】

1. Please ensure originality.

・Ownership of copyright, orpermission from the copyright holder must be obtained.

・Transfer of the intellectual property rights to the completed work is charged.

In principle, the purchaser only acquires the right to use the work for the specific用途 initially specified by the purchaser.

・All authorship rights of the roughs and progress are owned by Li Shan and cannot be transferred by law.

2. Created works may be posted as samples.

If sample posting is not allowed, a paid arrangement will be required.

3. Publicizing the chat content is prohibited

4. Reuse of roughs or completed works and AI training is strictly prohibited

5. Self-claiming ownership or secondary distribution of purchased works is strictly prohibited

6. Unauthorized modification of purchased works is prohibited

7. Use in religious activities, defamation, political activities or NSFW content is prohibited

8. If no reply is confirmed for 3 days or more during the transaction, there may be a delay in delivery, so please be careful.

Copyright is composed of copyright property rights and author’s personality rights, both of which, in principle, belong to Li Shan. Since copyright property rights are transferable for a fee, please consult us.

About credit notation

The notation is not mandatory, but I would personally be happy if you would include it.

I had it requested and delivered for use in a TRPG, but I ended up wanting to use it as an SNS icon.
