We list the price per character. If you order standing poses for multiple people, please note that the price and production time will apply for the corresponding number of people.

If you have materials or preferences regarding the character's appearance, bringing them will help ensure smooth production.

Even if you’re not sure what kind of character design you want, that’s fine.

【Process up to delivery】

1　Confirm request details and provide a quote

・First, we will ask in chat what kind of standing portrait you would prefer and provide a price estimate. We also accept price negotiation requests.

・At this point, we will ask about the intended use. If you want to use the finished work in a way outside the specified usage after delivery, please be sure to consult with us.

・If you have any reference materials, please submit them at this time.

2　Pencil rough

・You will review several rough sketches at once.

・Revisions are limited to three rounds. Please choose from what you have viewed.

3　Color rough

・Please confirm hue, saturation, and brightness.

・Revisions are limited to three rounds. Please choose from what you have viewed.

4　Inking and final data check

・You will review with watermark.

・If there are defects (such as missing accessories originally specified), we will fix them free of charge.

・After completion and delivery, revisions are generally not accepted.

5　Delivery of the finished work (delivery)

・Delivery will be done via GigaFile.com. Data retention period is 7 days.

・Please note that re-delivery due to you forgetting to download will be charged.

【Notes for purchasing】

1　Please ensure originality.

・Rights to the copyrighted work must be held by you, or you must have permission from the rights holder.・Transfer of the copyright of the completed work is charged separately.

・In principle, the purchaser obtains only the use rights for the用途 initially specified by the purchaser.

・All authorial rights to the roughs and progress of the work belong to Li Shan and cannot be transferred by law.

・Roughs and progress remain as sample material and may be used for display.

2　The produced work may be published as a sample.

If you do not wish to have it published as a sample, it will be charged.

3　Do not disclose or publish chat content

4　Do not reuse or train generative AI with roughs or finished works

5　Absolutely no claiming ownership or redistributing the purchased work

6　Do not modify the purchased work without permission

7　Do not use for religious activities, defamation, political activities or NSFW purposes

8　If you do not respond for 3 days or more during the transaction, delivery may be delayed, so please be aware.

FAQ

About Copyright

Copyright consists of the right to a copyrightable work and the author's personality rights, but in principle both belong to Li Shan. The author's personality rights cannot be transferred by law, but the copyright can be transferred for a fee, so please consult us.

About credit notation

The notation is not mandatory, but I would personally be happy if you would include it.

I had it requested and delivered for use in a TRPG, but I ended up wanting to use it as an SNS icon.

As the sale is limited to the use rights for the purpose originally specified by the client, please consult us regarding requests to use it for other purposes. If unauthorized use is discovered, penalties such as breach of contract may apply.
