We can create a cartoon PR video using motion graphics for cartoonists.

If you can pick out the frames you would like to use, or if you have an image of the kind of video you would like to make, we will make a video of it.

The flow of your request is that you prepare the frames and scenes you wish to use, as well as background music and other materials, and then we will create a storyboard and produce the video.
