FAQ

I would like to know the type of plain paper.

We offer three types of paper: glossy paper, matte paper, and Kent paper. Glossy paper: Paper with a glossy surface that feels smooth to the touch. It can print vivid colors. It is recommended for business cards with designs that use a lot of photos and colors. Matte paper: Matte paper is a paper with a matte finish that reflects little light, making printed text easy to read. (The inked areas will be glossy.) The surface has a smooth feel and creates a calm atmosphere. Recommended for business cards with a lot of textual information. Kent paper: Slightly rough surface that can be written on with a pencil (the inked area will be shiny). (The inked area loses its writing ability.) The colors are slightly dulled, creating a subdued texture. Recommended for business cards that are designed to be written on.

I would like to know the type of high-grade paper.

We propose three types of paper: Van Nouveau, single-sided high-gloss paper (Mirror Coat Platinum), and single-sided Japanese-style paper (Shikokonrei). Since the explanation of paper is lengthy, we will answer in detail in question 3.

I would like a detailed explanation of the luxury paper in question 2.

Van Nouveau: The texture is quite rough to the touch. It has a unique atmosphere and can create a sense of calm and luxurious texture. It is often used for invitations to weddings and parties, and as envelopes for enclosing invitations. We also recommend business cards with simple designs that take advantage of the paper's texture. One-sided high-gloss paper (mirror-coated platinum): Known as "mirror-coated" because of its mirror-like gloss, this type of paper can produce more vivid colors than ordinary glossy paper (surface only). However, the luster may decrease in areas where ink is applied. Recommended for business cards with photos. The reverse side is coated paper. The back side is coated paper. The pattern glitters when exposed to light (surface only). We recommend business cards with simple designs that make use of the pattern or Japanese-style designs.

Do you recommend plain paper or high quality paper?

The answer is that it depends on the customer's application and requirements. However, in my personal opinion, business cards are one of the items that can increase one's value at a lower cost than other items. A high quality website to create a sense of trust and attractiveness for a company or individual's work can cost hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars. A business card may be a person who has a little bit of desire to buy in front of you. When you exchange business cards with your customers or business partners, you can choose between plain paper and thicker paper with a luxurious feel, giving the impression that you are a person who can do his or her job and is particular about the paper he or she uses. For example, even if the design is simple white on both sides with only text, if you use Japanese paper Shikokenrei on one side, it will have a feather-like texture. Even if the design is a standard white design, you can differentiate yourself by the paper alone and enhance your own sense of luxury. I would also like to know how good plain paper is.

For example, store cards that need to be written on (we recommend Kent paper among plain papers), people who have opened a business and want to have them on hand as soon as possible, people who do not have many opportunities to exchange business cards but want them just in case, people who need a large quantity of business cards for posting flyers or attaching business cards to pocket tissues, and so on. We do not think that it is necessarily necessary to use high-grade paper, as the recommendation varies depending on the situation of the user and the purpose of use.
