The 10-day turnaround time is the estimated number of days from the start of production to delivery of a 60-second video (varies depending on the content and length of the video).

We will stop the transaction if we are unable to contact you for more than 5 days after your purchase.

In principle, we do not accept cancellation after purchase. Please check in advance if you have any questions.

The videos produced are not guaranteed to have the desired effect on the purchaser.

We will post your video on our website, SNS, portfolio site, etc.

FAQ

Is it OK if I don't have a structure or scenario for the video I want to request production of?

No problem. We will ask you about the details of what you want to convey to the audience at a preliminary hearing, and we will create a scenario and storyboards for you.

If I prepare a scenario and narration data, will the fee be lower?

For videos of 60 seconds or less, we will apply the "Comi Comi Pack 60," which includes all scenario creation and narrator fees in the production fee. The price will not be lower, but the turnaround time can be shortened.

Please let us know if there is anything we should give you in advance.

If you have a logo or other materials that you would like to place in the video, we will need to receive them in advance. We would also appreciate it if you could provide us with any other materials to help us improve the resolution of the information in the video.

Can you ask us in advance what we would like to have as a narrator?

Yes, we can do this for you. We will ask you in advance if you would like a male, female, energetic tone, calm atmosphere, etc., according to the atmosphere and taste of your video.

I understand that the price is ¥50,000 for a video up to 60 seconds in length, but what would the price be for a 70-second video?

For 60 seconds or more, an additional fee of ¥10,000 will be charged for each additional second from +1 second to +15 seconds, for a total of ¥60,000.
