Collaboration

Cancellation after completion, replacing audio files

Cancellations after completion are not accepted

Replacing audio files after submission will incur an additional fee

of 1,000–7,000 yen depending on the quantity

Audio file transfer and delivery dates

Due to our work hours, communication and transfer may often occur early in the morning or late at night.

If notifications during nighttime or early morning are not acceptable, please specify when ordering.

The delivery date is the date of the first submission.

If retakes occur, we will try to accommodate as quickly as possible,

but it may exceed the date, please understand.
