In principle, we will proceed with production in the order in which orders are placed. However, please note that the order in which work is started may vary depending on the client's desired delivery date.

We also accept anonymous evaluations, so please accept and enter your evaluation after the official delivery.

The format of delivery should be mastered 24bit/48khz, wav sound source. If you need unmastered sound files, please contact us.

Procedure

1. Please provide us with the sound source or YouTube URL of the song for which you are producing karaoke.

2. We will send you the sound source within 1-2 weeks of your request.

3. We will submit the sound source.

Estimates may be added depending on the length of the music and the expected number of man-hours and hours of production.

Please contact us anytime if you are concerned about the progress of the production. We will report the current progress to you.

FAQ

What is the bit rate of the delivered sound source?

The sound source will be 24bit/48khz. Please let us know if you have a preferred bit rate.

Transfer of Rights and Credit Notation

If you add the "Credit & Rights Transfer" option, we will act as the complete ghostwriter and you can use the music as you wish. If you do not add the "Credit & Rights Transfer" option, all rights will belong to us. Please be sure to indicate KKK_KKK in the artist's name.

What about loudness normalization for mastering?

We will deliver the sound mastered in -8LUFS. If you have a specific LUFS for your media, such as YouTube or Spotify, please let us know.

Provision of sound sources without mastering

If you would like to receive the sound files without mastering, please let us know. We can provide unmastered sound files free of charge.
