⚫️What is a labor trouble counselor?
This is a qualification for learning labor law, labor relations, and harassment literacy to prevent labor troubles and harassment troubles within a company. The national qualification for labor relations is the ``Social Insurance and Labor Consultant,'' but the most important difference is that a social insurance and labor consultant is contracted with a company as a ``labor specialist,'' whereas a ``labor trouble consultant'' is a ``labor trouble consultant.'' As a qualification that anyone can learn and anyone can take, we want many people, including managers in companies, to study and pass, and spread harassment literacy and labor literacy like the air. This is the point that it is aimed at.

I gave a business presentation as a ``labor trouble counselor'' to ``Franchise (FC) version of Tiger Funding'' on the popular YouTube channel [Reiwa no Tora CHANNEL]. We challenged the tigers with the theme of ``I want to solve the problem of power harassment, eliminate labor troubles, and create a world where work is fun,'' and successfully won support. ⚫️Refined lectures (text, videos), refined course curriculum
In Claire's course, you can learn the basic knowledge needed to respond to the "Harassment Consultation Desk" and the way organizations should be organized. The course has been refined with 200 pages of text, a reenactment drama that makes the examples easy to understand, approximately 20 hours of recorded lectures, and a passing certificate. All courses are completed online, so students can take them whenever they want. The lectures are approximately 20 hours long, consisting of an "intensive 7-day training course" (approximately 5 hours) and "supplementary lectures" (approximately 15 hours).
