About payment methods

Once payment is confirmed, you can start communicating from the chat screen. Please see below for payment methods.

1. Bank transfer
   • Transfer information will be displayed after your order is confirmed.
   • Transfer information will also be sent to your registered email address.
   • You can use "GMO Aozora Net Bank" as the bank for transfer.
   • When making a transfer, please enter the transfer number listed in the transfer information in the name field.
   • Depending on the time of the transfer, there may be a delay in confirming the payment, so you may not be able to start communication immediately after making the payment.
2. Credit card
   • Acceptable credit cards are Mastercard and Visa.
   • When you pressthe purchase skillbutton in purchase step 2 (purchase confirmation), you will be redirected to an external site where you can enter your card information.
   • Enter your card information, proceed through the screens, and pressPay with this informationon the final confirmation screen to complete your payment.
   • On the payment completion screen, pressReturn to order siteto return to the Skijan site.
   • Let's start communicating now.
3. Convenience store payment

Usage details

For services for which communication has been completed, usage details can be downloaded for each purchased service.
Pressthe menu icon ≡at the top right of the chat screen to open the interaction details screen. After completing the transaction, pressthe issue statementbutton to download your statement.

For sellers

Regarding payment of compensation

The payment cycle for sales is closed at the end of the month, and payment is made on the 5th of the following month (if it falls on a Saturday or Sunday, payment will be postponed). Payment will be made for sales fees of 5,000 yen or more. Please note that the transfer fee will be borne by the seller.

Sales fee = (Sales price) - (Sales price x Sales commission 21%)

*If the provision style is "with calls", the fee will be 49% instead of 21%.

*For cross-border sales (sales on sites in different languages), a 10% handling fee will be added.

A sales fee will be charged only when the listed service is purchased. There are no sales fees unless a service is purchased.

You can check your overall sales management fromMy Page > Sales Management. In sales management, you can check not only detailed sales results for the entire period, but also monthly sales results. Also, please take advantage of the ability to issue monthly sales statements.
