Thigh-up: 3,000,000 VND ⍨ $120
Full-body: 4,000,000 VND ⍨ $160
Background image: 10,000,000 VND ⍨ $400
Chibi: 2,500,000 VND ⍨ $100

Adding an extra character: +80% of the base price

Background prices for options 2, 3 and 5 range from ~$20 to $80.

1. Accepted / Not Accepted Categories

Accepted commissions (may incur additional fees):

Furry
Full armor
Full lolita
Complex weapons
NSFW
Detailed backgrounds (e.g., cyberpunk, cityscapes, etc.)

Not accepted commissions:

Copyrighted works
Content involving religion or politics
NSFW featuring characters with childlike appearances or from clients under 18

2. Workflow

Submit your request:

Please provide a detailed description (art style, characters, poses, etc.). Insufficient information may result in an additional fee.

Review and adjustment:

Your request will be reviewed and adjusted through discussion to finalize the desired content.

Price agreement & deposit:

Pricing will be confirmed according to Skijan's terms. A deposit is required to proceed.

Sketch phase:

A sketch will be created and sent to you for approval.

Progress updates & revisions:

The artist will send regular updates during the process. You may request up to 5 free revisions.

Final delivery:

After full payment, you will receive:

A signed .png file
An unsigned .png file

3. Revision Policy

You may request up to 5 free revisions throughout the process (including sketch and coloring stages).

Additional revisions beyond this limit will be subject to extra fees, to be agreed upon by both parties.

4. Payment

Accepted payment method:

Only payments via Skijan are accepted.

Note:

Please ensure correct payment is made through the stated method to avoid unnecessary issues.

5. Turnaround Time

Full-body artworks:

~ 1-2 weeks (depending on background complexity)

Half-body & chest/head artworks:

~ 5-7 days (depending on background complexity)

Background illustrations:

~ 2-4 weeks

Complex commissions:

Highly detailed outfits or backgrounds may require additional time.

Priority is given to clients with a specified deadline.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Refunds:

No refunds will be issued for works completed on time.

If the artwork is not delivered within 3 days after the agreed deadline, you will receive a 20% refund.

If delayed more than 3 days, a full refund will be provided upon request.

Cancellations:

If you choose to cancel at any stage, the artist will retain all payments made up to that point.

7. Copyright & Usage Rights

Artist's rights:

The artist retains the right to showcase all commissioned works for display purposes, including but not limited to portfolios and exhibitions.

Client's rights:

You may resell the artwork at a lower price than your original purchase.

Any commercial use beyond resale (including licensing, mass reproduction, or alternative uses) requires negotiation and explicit permission.

The artwork may not be used for AI training without prior consent.

If you want exclusive rights (i.e., the artist may not display the work), this must be negotiated separately.

If the artwork is publicly displayed, please provide proper credit.
