I offer professional custom digital artwork and layout design services tailored to your unique needs. Whether you require original illustrations or well-structured layout designs, I prioritize clear communication, transparent processes, and delivering quality results.
To begin a project, clients must provide reference materials to guide the creative process. These references serve only as inspiration and partial guidance to ensure the artwork remains original. For layout design projects, clients are responsible for supplying all necessary texts, including main titles, supporting texts such as character names, descriptions, or any other relevant information to be included in the design. I reserve the right to refuse projects related to pornography or NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content in order to uphold professional and ethical standards.
The estimated completion time for projects is 14 working days, depending on the complexity of the design and the artist’s availability. Throughout the project, I provide regular progress updates and communicate if revisions are necessary. Final deliverables will be delivered digitally via a secure Google Drive link for easy access and safe storage. If unforeseen delays occur, I will promptly inform the client and request an extension, subject to client approval.
Clients are entitled to up to four revisions to refine the artwork or layout. Major revisions must be requested during the first progress update; after this, only minor adjustments will be accepted. Should the client require more than four revisions, additional fees will apply. However, revisions requested due to errors on my part will not incur any extra charges. Please note that the revision process may extend the overall project timeline.
Clients may use the final artwork across any platform or medium, provided proper credit is given to the artist. For commercial use, including selling merchandise featuring the design, clients are required to pay an additional fee. Furthermore, if the client intends to transfer or resell the design, explicit permission from the artist is mandatory. This policy ensures respect for intellectual property rights while allowing flexible usage.
Successful projects rely on open and respectful collaboration. Clients are encouraged to provide clear and detailed feedback during progress updates to ensure the final artwork aligns with their vision. Timely communication helps maintain project flow and avoid delays. I commit to maintaining professionalism and providing helpful responses throughout our partnership.
Once payment is made, cancellations initiated by the client are generally not accepted unless due to artist error. If the client cancels mid-project, a 50% refund of the amount paid will be issued. No refunds are available after the final artwork has been delivered.
Communication is conducted via Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, or WhatsApp. I strive to respond within 24 hours and maintain professional, courteous dialogue to ensure smooth collaboration.
